Griffith Awuah
about / ghanaian, immigrant &
hobbyist photographer, footballer.

I'm a ghanaian (born & raised) technologist living in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Formally, I studied computer engineering for a few years.

I recently worked as a platform product engineer at fly.io, where I did alot of product and platform work. Before that, I worked as a product engineer for 7 years.

Just like technology, I'm extremely fascinated by arts, philosophy, sociology and how they intersect with technology & societal developments. The humanities at large. I hope to get a degree in social science or philosophy one day.

I recently discovered that I'm a structuralist - all variants inclusive. I enjoy developing and deconstructing systems to explain my reality and that of others.

Last year, I spent 110k mins listening to 6700 songs and 3100 artists. I am more aligned with ghanaian hilife and the experimental fusion of electronic patterns and old african music.

I like running. 5,10 & 15 km runs are my jam.
